Q1. Can I order a mixed box of wines?

Absolutely!

 

Q2. How much is shipping?

The online ordering system calculates the appropriate shipping for you - depending on where you are it might even be free!  Please don't hesitate to contact me here if you have any questions about shipping costs.

Q3. How long until I get my wines?

The majority of deliveries are received within 5 days of ordering - often even less!

Please note that some more remote locations may take longer - in these instances we'll let you know.

Q4. Who processes my credit card?

We use Eway (www.eway.com.au) for our online credit card transactions.

I cannot access your card details and your personal information is always encrypted when it is being transferred online.

Q5. How old do I need to be to order wine?

It is an offence to order any alcoholic drink in Australia under the age of 18.

Q6. Do you have a privacy policy?

We sure do!  Any professional online store should!

We will not sell or pass on your details to any 3rd party and unless you specifically ask, we will only send you details about your orders to your contact details - nothing more.

Q7. Returns

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived in a damaged condition, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work something out.  Of course I'll refund or replace when required - it's part of the law but also just because I care.  Afterall return business and word of mouth is the best business!
