TOB exclusive import: Vignobles Berthier Pouilly-Fumay 2018

While Domaine Berthier's Sancerre is almost diaphanous in its purity, the Pouilly-Fumé has a little more bronze to its colour which tallies with its richer fruit spectrum and slightly greater ripeness, along with some deeper, yeasty complexity, and more overtly citrus notes. The palate though, just like the Sancerre, is laser-sharp, taut, and long. White wine drinking paradise!
